Stepped Building

I conceived the apartments of this residential project as sunny, modular units. Each of the apartments has a green terrace oriented towards east, west, or south. The bearing structure of the residential blocks consists of concrete walls with about 6m axial spacing, that combine a high functional value with a low price.
